10/14/09 - Sertoma Club attends 9th Annula Domestic Abuse Awareness Luncheon.  Our club helped send the message that "Domestic abuse is everyone's issue," and that we can "be an abuse free community."

Once again, our club assisted this program by carrying/presenting the silhouettes of those victims in MN who died in 2008 as a result of domestic abuse.

Our very own Sandy Larson was awarded the Mayor's Peace Award presented by our Mayor, Dan Ness, for her ourstanding work in carrying out the UCAN Mission:

"To transform the community and the lives of those affected by abuse through support, awareness,  education and involvement."
